1.) I actually found creating the Value Scale and Color Wheel alot of fun. I could not find the exact color cyan in the store so I just bought a blue and you can definatley see the difference. While creating these projects I learned alot about value and mixing colors.
2.) I enjoyed working with the paint better. I found it more fun to mix paint than to just shade with a pencil. It is not everyday I play around with paint for homework. 3.) The most important discovery that I learned while creating these projects was how differently the colors can turn out just by using a different shade. Instead of using blue, red, and yellow, using the real primary colors made a huge difference in the colors than appear.
4.) I had always thought that the primary colors were red, blue, and yellow. I may have heard it before that the true colors were magenta, cyan, and yelow but that fact never stuck with me. While watching the video and seeing the difference I had a true ohh moment that struck me. I found the colors video to be extremely helpful while making my own colorwheel.
